Terms of service
The rules that apply when you buy from us. Written to be read, not to be hidden behind.
Last updated: 4 September 2026
These terms form a contract between you and Global Swanky LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA, at 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000 #36167, Casper, WY 82609. By placing an order on gamsing.globalswanky.com you accept them.
1. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract forms when we send you an order confirmation email. We may decline an order if the item is out of stock, if there is a pricing error, if we cannot deliver to your address, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. If we decline after payment, you are refunded in full.
2. Price and payment
The price of the GAMSING A3 Air Drum Kit is $279.00 including free US shipping. Prices are in US dollars. Any comparison price shown alongside it is the manufacturer’s suggested retail price, not necessarily a price previously charged on this site.
Payment is taken securely on this site. Card payments are processed by Stripe, and card details go directly to Stripe, never to our servers. Your card is authorised when you continue to shipping and charged when you place your order; an authorisation for an order you do not place is released automatically. Your order is confirmed on screen, with an order number, once payment clears. Sales tax, where it applies, is included in the displayed price.
If a price is listed in obvious error, we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel at no cost.
3. Delivery
Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Full details are in our Shipping & delivery policy.
4. Returns
You have 30 days from delivery to return the kit for a refund, and faulty items are replaced or refunded. See the Returns & refund policy for how to start a return. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
5. Using the kit
Read the manual before first use and charge the parts only with the supplied cable. Keep the volume at a comfortable level, especially with headphones, and keep small parts away from young children. Make sure you have room to swing the sticks safely.
6. Who sells the kit
Global Swanky LLC is an independent retailer of the GAMSING A3 Air Drum Kit. This is not the official GAMSING store. GAMSING and its logo are trademarks of their owner and are used only to name the product; product photos and videos are GAMSING’s own. Your contract of sale is with Global Swanky LLC.
7. Third-party apps and content
The GAMSING app is made and published by GAMSING, not by us, and is governed by its own terms. Videos on this site play from YouTube. Other brand names belong to their owners and are used for identification only.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Intellectual property
The design, text and code of this site belong to Global Swanky LLC; product photography and videos belong to GAMSING. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without written permission.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
