Returns & refunds

The short version

• 30-day returns from the day your parcel is delivered.
• Faulty or damaged on arrival: replaced or refunded, and we pay the return shipping.
• Refunds are issued within 5–10 business days of us receiving the kit.

Changed your mind

If the GAMSING A3 Air Drum Kit is not for you, email us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a return. Send the kit back complete — both sticks, both foot pedals, the speaker and the accessories — in its original box, and we refund the $279.00 you paid. For a change-of-mind return, return shipping is paid by you.

Faulty or damaged

If anything arrives damaged, does not work, or stops working because of a manufacturing fault, email us with your order number and a short description or video of the problem. We will send a prepaid return label and either replace the kit or refund you in full — your choice. Please photograph any visible damage to the parcel before opening it.

How to start a return

1. Email support@globalswanky.com with your order number (it starts with GAM-).
2. We reply within one business day with return instructions.
3. Once the kit reaches us and is checked, we refund to your original payment method.

Refund timing

Refunds go back to the card or PayPal account you paid with. We issue them within 5–10 business days of receiving your return; your bank may take a few more days to show it.
