Frequently asked questions
Everything people ask before they buy the GAMSING A3, answered plainly.
Do I need to know how to drum?
No. The A3 is made for beginners as well as drummers who want to practise anywhere. The free GAMSING app has an A3 tutorial and a sensory class to get you started.
How loud is it?
As loud as you set the speaker. Turn it down, or plug headphones into the 3.5 mm audio cable to practise silently — there are no pads or pedals to thump.
Do I need the app?
No. The kit plays through its own Bluetooth speaker out of the box. The free GAMSING app (iOS 15+ and Android) adds tutorials, songs and practice.
Are the foot pedals included?
Yes. This kit includes two wireless foot pedals for kick drum and hi-hat, along with both drumsticks, the speaker, a storage bag and cables.
Can I connect it to a bigger speaker or headphones?
Yes. Use the included 3.5 mm audio cable to connect headphones, a larger speaker or a mixing desk.
Is this the official GAMSING store?
No. This store is run by Global Swanky LLC, which sells the GAMSING A3. Your order, payment, shipping, returns and support are all handled by Global Swanky.
How long does delivery take?
Orders ship within 2–4 business days. US delivery usually takes 7–12 business days after that, and you get tracking by email as soon as it ships. Shipping is free.
What is your return policy?
30 days. If it is not for you, email support@globalswanky.com within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a return and refund.
